The Deployment Workout plan for Killak

Alright party people as most of you may know i am leaving for deployment soon. In a couple weeks im a guy who has some meat on him and lately i have been lazy and not running and eating like i should be. So what i will be doing is, every 2 weeks is giving you a update on my progress. So when i touch down i will give my weight and every 2 weeks i will give the updates. Im trying to lost about 30 to 40 pounds in these 7 months. I think its possible to do it, so follow Korey as he gets his sexy back and looks for that 6 pack under that keg he is carrying around with him.
